LYCORIS

This morning was fine but Mt.Fuji could not be seen clearly.

The shapes of Lycoris petals are marvelous.
in Japan, Red lycoris is called Manjushage, meaning "the flower in Heaven".
However, lycoris is a poisonous plant, containing lycorine in the bulb.

This red lycoris is often planted on the edge of the graveyard and rice field
in order to prevent rats damage.

But recently lycoris is being used and gardening,
especially the white and yellow versions.

Red Lycoris' other names include, "Dead-person Flower", "Hell Flower", or "Ghost Flower".
