Green Shiso

The rainy season has begun in Japan. It was raining this morning so Mt.Fuji could not be seen.


Perilla frutescens: Green Shiso(Ao-jiso) is a herb in Japan,used with Sashimi and noodles.
American Wild Perilla is a different and poisonous plant.
