Aki Sakura (June 16th)

In Japan, we are in a period of time called the 'Break of the Rainy season'. Although this morning was fine and Mt.Fuji looked very beautiful.

Cosmos were in bloom on the roadside. It's ancient name was Aki-Sakura (Autumn Cherry Blossoms). It's because the shape of the flower is similar to Cherry blossoms and it blooms in Autumn, although some bloom in early summer.
